Sal Palmieri

Founder and Owner

Sal Palmieri is the Founder and President of Ultimate Racing and has spent many years producing endurance events throughout Florida. Since founding the company in 2012, he has overseen hundreds of races, earning a reputation for professionalism, precision, and exceptional race-day experiences. His expertise spans event planning, course design, timing, logistics, safety, and race operations.

Known for his hands-on leadership and attention to detail, Sal is committed to delivering events that exceed expectations for participants, charities, sponsors, and clients alike. He continually looks for new ways to elevate the race experience while maintaining the high standards Ultimate Racing is known for. Under his leadership, the company has become a trusted partner for charities, schools, municipalities, and organizations across Florida.

Before Ultimate Racing, Sal operated fitness centers in the Northeast Florida area. He also spent 12 years as the Fitness Director at Queen's Harbour Yacht & Country Club, helping them to start their own community triathlon. As a former Ironman competitor, Sal's passion for running, multisport, and community continues to drive Ultimate Racing's mission of Delivering a Better Race Experience.

Angi Palmieri

Marketing and Communications

Angi Palmieri oversees marketing, communications, sponsorships, and community partnerships for Ultimate Racing. She works closely with sponsors, nonprofit organizations, and participants to ensure every event delivers an outstanding experience both on and off the course. From email campaigns and social media to sponsor activation and participant communications, Angi helps bring each event to life. On race day, she's part of the hands-on team, assisting wherever she's needed to help every event run smoothly.

Frank Palmieri

Assistant Race Manager

Frank Palmieri has been part of Ultimate Racing since he was a child, growing up behind the scenes at race events. A graduate of Florida State University, he now oversees many of the company's day-to-day operations and race logistics. He is also responsible for the company website and ongoing web management. From equipment management and course setup to timing support, volunteer management, and event production, Frank helps ensure every race is executed with precision. He is passionate about combining technology, innovation, and exceptional customer service to create memorable race experiences.

Meredith Palmieri

Head of Registration

Meredith Palmieri has been involved with Ultimate Racing since childhood and now serves as the company's Registration Director while attending college. She manages participant registration, race-day check-in preparation, and registration support to help ensure a smooth experience for every runner. Meredith's attention to detail and commitment to customer service make her an important part of every event. She enjoys helping participants feel welcomed from the moment they register through race day.
